A dream to pursue, a path unknown
A yearning so deep, hard it is to give up
The first step was a child's play
Strenuous it is to leave and walk away
I am trying so hard to move ahead
But here I am brazed at one place
My mind fails to think of beautiful things
My heart sinks at the thought of this
This is a fight between my heart and mind
Sure I am about the heart's victory
For it always knows where my passion lies
I take the torch and walk further
Into the unknown path
Where my heart guides
The path that will take me to my passion
The path that will make me feel exhilarated!
Beautifully written. Very deep and thought provoking. You have depicted the path to a dream, the obstacles on the way and the emotions that ebb and flow as we follow our heart to our dreams so wonderfully. :)
